GENERAL SITE RETURNS

Zelancio accepts merchandise returns within 30 days of the original receipt date and will issue a refund for the product at the time of the return, only with a valid proof of purchase and photos of the product. A valid proof of purchase is an original sales invoice or packing slip. Please email( CS@zelancio.com ) or call us at 877-528-3269 (M-F 9AM - 4PM PST) to obtain a Return Authorization Number. Return labels for general returns are not provided. Please have your Order ID ready or included within your email.

WHAT TO DO WHEN AN ITEM IS DAMAGED IN TRANS

If you notice damage upon opening the item (concealed damage), then take pictures of the damage, and contact Cs@Zelancio.com. Carriers only allow two (2) business days after delivery to file a freight claim, so please contact us as soon as possible. Please make sure to specify whether you would like a replacement item or would like to return the item for a credit.

WHAT TO DO WHEN A PRODUCT IS DEFECTIVE

For info about your specific warranty, parts or repairs, email Cs@zelancio.com and we’ll be happy to guide you. Please be prepared to show proof of purchase and photos of the defective product.

WARRANTY: Zelancio’s One Year Warranty applies only to Zelancio’s brand of products and products authorized by Zelancio for resale.  If a Zelancio branded product or accessory fails due to a manufacturing defect we will repair the product, without charge, or replace it, at our discretion. Only original, unaltered and unmodified materials and workmanship are covered by this policy. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use. This warranty does not cover consequential damages or any other losses arising from any defect of the product.
